2013 Fit Wobbles when braking
Every time I brake (really only when I come to a stop not just press the brake) my car kind of pulsates like I am pumping the brakes a bit. The actual braking performance hasn't hindered that much but I just got this car a couple of months ago and I don't want to go without treating it because I really like this car and I want this to last a long time.
What could be wrong with it?

I agree. Make sure you're not "riding" the brakes or they'll overheat and warp. The disc's are doing a lot of work compared to cars with 4 wheel disc brakes.

Definitely yes!!! My diagnosis too.
Don't have them turned. Cheaper to buy a pair of Centric discs. About $50 for a pair.

Maybe use the warranty and take it to the dealer. While brake parts not usually covered this sounds like a serious problem and they may cover. Either that or maybe the ABS is acting up. It sounds more like what the brakes feel like when the ABS kicks in.
Front brakes overworked because only front disc? Really? This tiny light weight car is easy on brakes. I am at almost 5 years and still on original pads and rotors.

Yup, most likely your rotors. You won't notice any performance issues really, just the annoyance of the braking feel. If your steering wheel doesn't have a shimmy, the rotors aren't that bad yet but will get worse over time.
If it is indeed the rotors, I agree with others, start fresh with new rotors and pads, and they should last a loooong time after that.
