So I want to add led foot well lights. All the DIY instructions involve splicing and soldering the factory harness. I am not comfortable doing that unless absolutely needed. I was thinking, couldn't I use an "add a fuse" and wire both LED strips to the add a fuse? Maybe use the dome light fuse so they come on when the doors open? What are my options as far as what fuses to tap? Because that seems like a much safer and easily reversible option. So, like the title says... Am I missing something?
