Storage in your fit?

Coming from a truck with a tool box attached to the bed, I was wondering is there any compartments in the trunk in the fit where you can keep supplies like tools, jumper cables or anything? I haven't had a chance to look (just got the fit a few days ago been working.

What do you guys use to store stuff? Thanks !!

I usually put contraband in the compartment under the driver's side rear seat.

I also put stuff in the spare tire area sometimes and the pocket on the passenger side in the hatch area.

If I had to carry tools around for work i'd probably some sort of aftermarket box made for that and install it. There's not a lot of big compartments anywhere in this car.

You could take the spare out and put it in the garage and use the tire well for storage if your feeling lucky. Or just put a harbor freight tool box in the back and put your tools in it

I keep a tool box, emergency roadside kit, extra bottle of washer fluid, first aid kit, and a few milk crates in the cargo hold.

The spare goes in the spare tire compartment, which also houses the tire repair kit and air compressor and jack, etc. The milk crates are for groceries. They're usually empty.

I attached a plastic ammo can (50 cal size) under my rear seat for some extra storage. There are pix of it elsewhere on the site.
