parking lights don't blink when locking the car

I have a 2010 Honda Fit. I replaced the headlights on successive days. After I replaced the second headlight, now the parking lights do not blink at me when I lock the car with the keyless entry.
* brake lights and reverse light DO blink when I lock car with keyless entry
* parking lights work when I use the turn signals
* I checked the doors, hatch and hood to make sure they were closed
* tried blowing some air into the hood latch to clean it
* pressing the keyless entry lock key a second time causes the horn to beep
* I don't think that I am in valet mode
* I didn't try unhooking the hood latch sensor (didn't try searching for it yet)
* Car is 5 years old...could this be caused by a weak battery?

Thoughts?

parking lights should not work when using the turn signal. the turn signal (amber) on the bottom should turn on with hazards/turn signal.

at first click of your light stalk, the parking lights (uppermost light) should turn on. what turns on for u rite now? check ur bulbs, u may have the polarity reversed. just pull it out and turn them and put them back on.

odd how ur reverse light also blinks. mine doesnt do that.

My mistake. Turn signals work. Parking lights do not work when I do 1 click on the light stalk. The parking light bulbs are original parts; I replaced the headlamps just recently. Since the second headlamp died right after I replaced the first one, could it be possible that it was just time for the 2 parking lights? Or is this indicative of an electrical problem?

I was going to suggest replacing them as well. Bulb size is 194NA.

Check that you didn't jostle the wiring harness and pull out the connector to the parking lights while replacing your headlights. Then check fuse before buying any bulbs.
