Question What is this part? Molded rubber under hood (drivers side)

I was replacing spark plugs the other day when I noticed the molded rubber doo hickie under the hood hanging somewhat loose. The rubber thingie is attached to the hood, directly in front of the driver. It looks like a clip, plastic bolt or something similar is missing.
I did a short look and can't identify what this rubber contraption might be. As a result, I can't figure out how to identify and order the clip/bolt, etc.
Since I've had such great luck with this website I thought I'd see if the collective could help out.
I have a 2009 base model fit.

I just became familiar with Rock Auto, on the web. Anyone know of a better place to order parts for the Fit?

Thanks in advance.

I think you're referring to the duct thingy that takes (cool) air from the front of the car to the air intake. It is supposed to have some hollow space above it, though the sides should be relatively firmly attached to the hood.

The side nearest the drivers door is hanging loosely. I'll consider it an air intake of some sort and continue to look for the fasteners.
Thanks for the response.
