TPMS on car looking to see

I might go see/test drive. It's over 3hrs away.
It has a tpms light that returns back after its reset.
If I purchase after driving it and a tech look over, would the repair costs be high for this repair?
It's a sweet looking color car based on pics.
And it's be a long wait trying to find a reasonable car for sale in the region.

Thanks.

Low tire light (_!_), or the letters 'TPMS'?

If it's 'TPMS' it probably just needs any number of the pressure sensors replaced.

Thanks for reply.
...haven't seen vehicle yet.
The owner just said, "tire pressure light is on, but every time I've had it looked at they say it's just a glitch...nothing wrong with it and if they reset it, it just goes on again".

Might go see car if this repair isn't high cost.
After 6 weeks plus of looking only other reasonable ad on a good car on Craigslist was for a purple Fit.
Purple is not for me unless it was a Porsche GT3.

Hmm...Makes me wonder what sort of fault codes it has.

Sometimes RF interference is a problem.....like a cellphone charger creating interference, causing tire pressure sensor failure codes. True story.

I read on this forums that there was a tsb for the tpms.
Maybe this is the case.

There have been a few, pretty much all related to basic service issues, not really any miracle fixes for mysterious problems.

One mentions an expected sensor service life of 7-10 years, and old sensors with weak batteries can cause either warning light to come on, and suggest offering replacement sensors with new tires to avoid problems.
