Can someone please recommend me the exact part number I need for the Denso IK22? All of the part numbers i found on this forum shows it does not fit our cars on amazon?

I just bought 8 piece (4 for spare) and just installed on my car few days ago (downgrade from IK-24 that is too cold).

 

is there a NGK equivalent? I am trying to find something that will get here by this weekend, because I was going to change the sparkplugs while i do my coilovers
