Check engine light??

Hey everyone I'm new to this forum. I have some questions to see if anyone could lend some advice. We have a 2009 Honda fit sport. It runs good but then when you get to a 1/3rd of a tank of gas. The check engine light comes on. I ran the codes and the only ones it gives me is misfires on cylinder 3. I changed all the plugs, the coil and wire. It still keeps giving me that code. It doesn't lose any power or anything. I am at a complete stump. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is this a consistent and repeatable issue?
and the only ones it gives me is misfires on cylinder 3.
Have you received this same fault code each time the event occurs, or is this the first time you've actually checked fault codes after an event?

Have you picked the correct cylinder to work with? I often see posts where people mis-number their cylinder order.

I changed all the plugs, the coil and wire.
Wire? What wire?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Valve clearance adjustments done yet?

Swap injector with one from a different cylinder, see if the misfire code moves and follows to the swapped position?

In my experience besides the typical, plugs, coils valve adjust,, if you get a misfire at a lower tank level its usually fuel filter and or pump.
