i’m rebuilding the cylinder head to put back in my car and when I lifted the rocker arm assembly this small little cam fell out. I cannot find where it goes, I have no clue where it came from. Possibly it came from underneath the camshaft? I had the camshaft and the rocker arm assembly sitting in the same place. Anybody please help me if you know where this goes?

 

Looks like one of the VTEC lock pins that would have been between two of the rocker arms.
Check how another set is assembled to see if you might also need to look for a lost spring or a second pin or cup or something.
