honestly a 30min test drive doesnt say much about a car other than the obvious. with all the excitement for most people, they tend to naturally block out minor issues.. it takes about 3months of use to really know the car and be bothered by something. so i can understand where some folks are coming from.

but at this point, if one's trying to alter gearing for acceleration for example, id look at running shorter tires (or swap for smaller light weight wheels and shorter tires), lower it so it dont look weird and run that.
