Power window problem

The front passenger side window won't go up Nor down using passenger side control and drivers side master control. Where can I go to get this fixed? Dealership? VIP? Pep boys? Any recommendations are appreciated. I have a 2013 fit base model

Dealership is always best but any competent shop should be able to diagnose a window problem. Have a volt or ohm meter?
