Curious why the coil packs were changed too. How many miles on coil packs? How many miles on the plugs? Were you getting a CEL? Did you only change the plugs first and still had problems?

Going through the same thing replaced, the plugs with new NGK’s and all coil packs with new Hitachi’s runs better , using a Autel 808 Pro to monitor live data misfire; but still have ramdom misfires on 2 and 3 ; swapped plugs and coils around , same result, looks like I will be pulling the intake and cylinder head cover and adjusted the valves. Just finished pulling the oil pan to reseal it, had a leak right behind the crank pulley.

Good luck Jerry!

I'm sure that a valve adjustment will fix the misfire. It's sad how few Fit's get the required service. GE maintenance minder triggers service "4" somewhere around 90-100k miles, but it's always ignored. Service 4 says to check valve clearance.

RainierV, are you still getting misfire codes? Did you get the valve adjustment?
