New 2010 Base Owner
Hello Everyone!
I got gifted a 2010 base model Fit from a family member. It only has 16,100 miles and has not had an oil change or tires replaced. It came from a family member who hardly ever drove it. I am coming from a 98 Jeep that I loved, but it is a V8. I got the Fit as a commuter car to save gas miles to and from work (about a 45min drive). First thing I know I need to do is get the oil changed (even though it says 90%). I'm also going to do some minor updates to the car. What else should I do to the car to get it updated, as a first time Fit owner?

If the maintenance minder is at 90%, yet the oil was never changed, at some point the countdown was reset. Along with the list provided above by JerrySFL, I would go ahead and replace your windshield wipers. I put on new sets before the rain season (which, admittedly in SoCal is just about never).
The tires are the original ones from 2010? Have they sat out in the sun or has the car been primarily garaged? Consider replacing the tires if they show signs of age/deterioration.
Congratulations on your Fit!
