Sorry to hear about your struggle with the exhaust bolts on your ge8. It can be frustrating when things don't go as planned.

To find the right bolt size, you can try reaching out to the manufacturer or checking the vehicle's manual. Additionally, you can visit www.scrooz.com.au, a great online hardware store that offers a wide range of automotive bolts and fasteners. Their customer support team is always ready to assist you in finding the right size and type of bolts you need.

In the pic you provided, it looks like what you need to replace are nuts- not bolts. The nuts look like they tighten down on studs to tighten the exhaust pipe to the head. As far as the size goes, I can't help you with that. If you go to your local Honda dealer, they should be able to provide the correct metric nuts with size and correct thread pitch, or at least tell you the size so you can find them yourself.

In taking off that rounded-off nut, you might either try using a closed in metric wrench or a 6 point socket instead of a 12 point socket that may continue the rounding off of the nut. When re-installing, apply some anti-seize to the studs before installing the nuts.

Those are nuts, not bolts. Go visit your local Honda dealer. They will have the correct size in stock.

Those are not even rusty. So they got damaged by using the wrong tools.
