Mesh Grill Stopped a.....
Pidgeon today.
Just noticed looking at the pic that it actually bent back the alum support tubes I had. Couldn't find it anywhere but I didn't see it come out under the car either so I'll keep looking for it.
There were 2 of them in the middle of the road checking something out. Thought they would move but they didn't.

Nice one! I wonder if it went up in a puff of feathers like the one that got hit by a Randy Johnson fastball. Randy Johnson Hits Bird - YouTube
Do you have any more pix of the aluminum support posts. Attach points, length, etc.

Thanks--my mesh just arrived the other day--now I'm just waiting for my Fit to arrive so I can put it on. The reinforcing struts are a nice add on, and they really work. Did any of the zip ties break?

It's just a 9 dollar plastic frame from autozone with a seventies honda motorcycle emblem stuck to it.

Similar thing happened to me on my motorcycle. My garage was getting progressively stinky so I investigated and found this. Happened 3-4 days prior to me finding it. I had to use needle nose pliers to get his legs out of the vent louvers. OP being from Ohio will know this bird.
