Driver's Side Emergency Brake Cable Seized

Hi all,

2012 Fit base with a seized driver's side e-brake cable here. PB blasted as much as I could, yanked with vise grips, won't budge even a millimeter. Looking for any advice in ways to free it up, or any guides to replacing it (or just guidance on how it gets into the cabin, I can follow it a ways in but it disappears at some point and I don't see where it actually exits past the carpet - really don't want to tear that up if I can help it). Thanks for any advice you can offer, this is killing my pads.

Turns out the cable just pulls out of the cabin with a bit of effort. Ordered another from the dealer, hopefully it goes back in easily.
