rust proofing

hello, i've been lurking on fitfreak or a while now and love all the info. i thought i'd drop some of my own.
my co-worker was replacing a quarter panel on an '06 accord and on the old quarter i saw some rust was already building up on the inside of the panel. typical honda rust spot plus further forward along the wheel arch. this got me worried so i decided to jump on rust proofing my fit this weekend.
i used 3m rust fighter part number 8892

you have to remove a few interior panels but nothing too difficult really.
the driver's side is hard to access because of the fuel delivery but the passenger side is nice and open.

i used the full can for both sides. if you do this in a warm area, you can feel the outside of the quarter panel to check where the rust fighter is going (the metal will get colder where the material is being applied). also worth noting, the rust fighter will stink up your car for a bit.
i also applied a heavy bodied seam sealer around the lip of the wheel arch.
well, i just thought i'd share the info.
