i got the short hub, the works bell 223S, the 223 is not listed for the GE8 but it still works, its just the harness for the horn needs to be plucked out and re-inserted to the proper pin, the works bell 224 is the one they list for the GE8, i think the hub is physically the same it just comes with a correctly wired harness for the horn
Can you please explain more about the wiring? and what you mean by changing the pin i am just a little confused. How hard was it to re wire a Gd hub? cause if its not bad i might just go that route aswell because evasive only carries the GD one and im sure its a long wait for them to order a Ge one haha

the works bell GD3 hub comes with a harness for the horn (which is like 10 pin harness, can't remember exactly) but the pin location for the horn on the GE is different, so all i did was pulled the wire out of the harness re-inserted it into the correct location, it might be hard to understand, but once you see it you will know how easy it is, and if you can't wait that long for a GE hub, just get the GD one, its very simple mod

I have been reading your post from day 1 until now. I know you also have an auto. do you ever feel regret of getting an auto instead of a manual? I have a little regret for not getting the manual since my wife doesn't know how to drive a manual. But this car has become my primary car after i sold my Si a few months ago. I really miss the manual and maybe my solution is to find a cheap car that is 5 speed to make myself more happy or getting another fit with manual in the next few years. What do you think?

Looking as clean as ever man...I think I love TW as much as SSM.

^To the poster above...I know how you feel about regretting getting an AT. I've been regretting it more lately because now that I'm looking for intakes, I have much more limited choices and the Takeda that I want doesn't fit.

In my opinion, adding an intake for an auto doesn't really make the car much good because the acceleration is definitely slower and less control than a manual. I was hoping to make the car better looking by adding some minor appearance, but I realize that I have lost interest of this auto Fit. I just only drive it from point A to B and convince myself to look for another car after a few years down the road.

When i first test drove the fit, it was an auto and i really didnt like it. It was just a same old automatic. But when i got my manual fit, oh man, it was a lot different from driving an auto. I dunno if oters agree but fit is so fun to drive with manual. Now that i got prm intake and wr header, it's a whole new level of driving experience. Im so happy with my manual fit.

Yeah, I am going to find a 2nd used car with manual. There are just so many people saying the manual Fit is super fun to drive in this forum. As I had mentioned in my last thread, I lost a little interest for modifying my fit since it is an auto. On the other hand, I was very impressed of your auto Fit that really look nice with so much upgrades and it is just unbelievable. As being said, I have been driving a stick for more than 14 years and just don't like the auto which makes me thinking of trading my auto Fit to a manual Fit. However, I would make a $1,500 - $1,700 loss for doing that, not to mention I spent some aftermarket parts like Mugen windows visor, 5 years free maintenance program and JDM honda emblems. My 2010 fit only has 2,500 miles. Dealer offers me a trade-in for $18,000 (only for this month special). A new 2011/12 fit would cost me $19,980 OTD. This proposition proves that trading my auto to a manual fit might not a good idea. Anyone agree?

i don't know if you should take a loss just to get a manual fit,
you might as well use that $1500-1700 towards a sportier 2nd car,
but if you don't want, or if a 2nd car is not possible then i guess you could trade the auto fit for manual one, cause i wanted to do the same trade in for manual, but the minute i bought the car it would loss money if i decided to trade in or sell it for manual, which is why i didn't bother. its pretty much if i wanted the manual i should have got it to begin with, thats the only problem with brand new, if it was a used fit then it probably wont be such a loss if i decided to trade for another manual fit, in fact sometimes you can make money off a used car LOL

Awesome thank you. I have a diy intake w/ similar dimensions to your prm one, but I'm using a huge spectre filter which won't fit behind the battery like yours, so I'm wanting to get a K&N filter that will fit. I found the dimensions for yours based on the model no. so that gives me a good place to start to find the right size filter.

Do you have a sound clip with your Greddy exhaust + intake setup?

After putting on the 17" wheels, are you getting less MPG? What is the spec of your wheel and tire?

Your car is the best looking in this forum. It is a beauty!

I have a TW too so it's very interesting to see yours with nice white wheels and the front JDP color matched. Looks really good!

I'm probably going to go get a ceramic tint on mine. Not totally limo dark but enough to keep it cool. Are you going to tint yours?
