Photoshop for me please?

Hey guys, 2 part question:

my friend is gonna sell me her racing hart rims for $100 for all 4. Not sure how good these are. but they look like the picture below. Good deal? will these fit on our GE without any mods..direct input? It is 4 lugs as these are on her 2000 accord. The size is 17 incher.

can someone photoshop these wheels on my car. i want to see how these look like. Thanks! btw, i wont put these on till i wear down my stock tires.

As long as they are 4x100 bolt pattern they should fit. What's the offset on those wheels?

The offset is the length between the center line of the rim and the mounting surface. Usually it's something like +38mm or +45mm, +38 would make the rim stick further out and possibly create clearance issues if you ever lower it. Although, everyone here is going to tell you to man up and roll your fenders.

Still, seems like a dirt cheap deal, especially with tires.

Just make sure you take off the center cap on those C2s, it should look like this with both the 4x100 and 4x114.3 bolt patterns.

1. for the offset, is it measureable with a measuring tape?

2. i dont plan on lowering the car...i had eibach on it..but hated the ride. stock is fine. 4x4 ftw! hahaha.

3. that pic you showed me is EXACTLY how the rims look like. she has the center caps in the garage..why take it off? do people actually want center caps?

1+2. You can measure it, but don't really have to if you don't plan on lowering again anyways.

3. Some people just prefer the no center cap look, especially if they have some nice colored lugs. Although, center caps do kind of deter wheel theft/slow them down a bit (along with a set of wheel locks or two).

Sorry, but I don't understand why you payed all that extra money to buy the Fit Sport (vs. base model) just to swap out the rims???

There's many reason why I wanted a Sport.

1. I wanted Cruise Control
2. I wanted Fog lights
3. I wanted the side skirts and rear spoiler
4. i wanted the usb port (this was a big thing for me)

^i know the cosmetics part can all be bought separately..but i didn't want to go through the hassle.

also, i wanted white and sport was the only model they had so it was a perfect fit..if it was a base one..i woudlnt have gotten it.

yes im swapping out the rims, but it doesn't mean I can't sell the rims (whether it be the stock or the after market ones)

lastly, my car was brand new for $16,800 OTD..thats INCLUDING tax and fees. so i thought that was a good deal for a sport model.

That is a killer deal on a brand new fit sport. And a very nice looking Fit BTW. Congrats.

Out of curiosity, what are people (on average) getting for their used sport wheels?

OEM wheels usually go for 300-400 on here even with TPMS.
You're getting those for a steal since they tend to go for 700 or more.
For specs on the wheels look on the back for the stickers or it might cast into the wheels.
Your friend might be running w/o the caps cause she afraid of them getting stolen. It's virtually impossible to get caps by them self.
