Currently etuning with turbogixxer. Will get it on a dyno soon after its done. Baseline dyno with bolt ons on the new motor was 113/105 again.

Still in tuning process. It's been getting better with every new revision but I've noticed heat soak is such a killer on this setup. It feels very good in the morning getting on the freeway to get to work, but on the way home it feels like all the power is gone. I will get it on the dyno once the tune is finished.

Hi,
Yes, the heat soak is quite a problem.
When I tune it at Church Tuning on their dyno,
it got heat soak that one of the mechanic there hold a fan and direct the air to the supercharger, and later when it is not enough he have small water stream from small hose to directly pour water on top of the supercharger just so the tuner can get consistent tuning number.

When they tune my car, they concentrate on getting rid of all the knock...
which they can heard physically during the dyno session.
Will online tuner be able to know when there is knock?
Our heat soak problem do have big effect in knock...

Back to heatsoak,
That is why I plan to buy the JDP Carbon Fiber Ventilated Hood later this year
(I think you already have the JDP Carbon Fiber Ventilated Hood right?)
and also have a Setrab Oil Cooler with Fan system also later this year.

How is your Top End Feel?
My Top End power don't feel much different compare to stock...
the most different I feel is in the low to midrange power and it is just so much smoother in power delivery and transmission shift quality...
but he top is not much different. I am AT Transmission though,
Yours are manual right?

and do you have Air to Fuel Ratio gauge?
What is your AFR on the low to mid rpm (Close Loop) and when at Wide Open Throttle/Open Loop?

Thanks

Hi I just browse through the previous pages of your build,
and when the timing chain tensioner failed, does it also broke your motor?
You mention you swapped a stock motor back, so does it mean you have to buy a new motor?

and do you still have Bisimoto cam on this current Sprintex setup?
Thanks

KTuner datalogs the knock sensor in the software. I'm assuming that's the only way the tuner would see it. Not completely sure.

Yes I have the JDP vented hood installed.

Top end is mostly how you described it. Torque drops off around maybe 5500rpm.

Yes manual trans.

I don't have a dedicated gauge. But I have an obdii transmitter that can send data to my phone via Bluetooth.

Afr in closed loop is anywhere from 12-14.
Open loop mid 11s

I haven't pulled the head yet but everything else seems to be fine.

Yes I bought a new motor. Was about 550.

The bisimoto cam is sitting in the old motor still. I'll probably rebuild it someday.

Hello,
Do you plan to install Zage Turbo kit as replacement of the supercharger?

No not right now. If anything I will start the slow build on the old cammed motor.
