What size tires were you running on the 15x8 949 Racing wheels? Love that setup. How low were you, and did you rub at all?

I'm looking into a set for my wife, and this setup looks just about perfect!

 

205/50r15. i was never really really low. my fenders are rolled with a slight pull so never experienced rubbing with the 949s but i dont think they would have rubbed that bad if my fenders werent rolled.

Out of curiosity, what are those bronze wheels in the most recent pics? They say "Flow Forged" on the side, but I can't seem to find exactly what they are and they don't seem like the 949's...

You're one of the few that's cammed the fit. Any specs? What valve train changes? Parting those out? FIRST!

 

Power increase from the bisi cam was disappointing but probably just needed higher compression and I just wanted to drop the cam in. I also did the bisi valvesprings and titanium retainers. But that head and motor were sold a while back.

 

 

I saw the 150hp then figured out that was with the boost. I thought that was NA! That's sad to hear that ir didn't produce. Was the cam possibly not aggressive enough? How do you increase compression on the fit? Shave the head, or different pistons? Cheers!
