I couldn't find any definitive solutions searching so I'm hoping for some general suggestions.

I'm in the process of lifting my '14 fit using 2010 insight springs and Tema 30mm spacers as others have done. I first replaced the original rear shocks with KYB's just because it was time, and noticed little difference. Yesterday I installed the insight springs and I am now getting a loud jarring noise when I go over any substantial bump. My wife describes it as a bang and it feels like some component is limiting out. I haven't read of anyone else having an issue with this combination. Otherwise it rides great and the increase in stiffness is what I had hoped for.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same issue or an idea of what it might be. I'm no mechanic but it seemed to be a pretty straightforward install. I've re-tourqued the shocks to be sure but everything is tight.
