The GE FiT Swift Springs thread
There is no Spec R for the Fit.
Another happy customer, installed the springs about a week ago and I'm very happy whit the result. Ride comfort is improve and I can event feel the difference went I decided to push a little harder, less roll and nose dive. Coupled with Progress rsb plus a Revo Technica short shifter bring me a lot of smiles. The drop is a little more than expected pics on the forum don't reflect this.
^^ thanks. that probably means your car did not come with the factory stabilizer so your bar would definitely compliment your swifts nicely AND not over do the rear anti-sway.
my sport already has the stabilizer so im not sure 19mm is too big or not. i think it is. and from the read, the factory stabilizer is welded on or something. i cant remove it.

It sounds like the Swifts are a fairly simple install for someone with a little mechanical ability, a floor jack and stands, and simple hand tools. I'm no mechanic, but I've changed oil, alternators, water pumps, rotated tires, etc. before. Are there any other special tools required?

Just bought a set and I am anxiously awaiting their arrival! Is anybody running these in cold weather and snow? I'm in Michigan and not sure whether to install them now or wait for spring time. Any thoughts?

hahaha. im hoping to find adjustable dampers down the road.
