Here is the front and the underside. You can make out the 13/16 on the mirror reflection. $50 from eBay. Yesterday, I looked at some Centric remanufacturer CR-Z master cylinder and it say 3/4 inch.

so you bought the mc and two M10-1.0 x 3/16“ x M12-1.0 adapters?

did you need to reroute the lines at all, or just use the adapters?

Just use two adapters. No needed to reroute the lines.
