Full-size spare tire?

I have a '13 Fit base model. It came with a compact spare tire. Does anyone carry a full-sized spare, and if so, where do you keep it? It looks like the bay for the spare will accommodate the diameter, but not the depth, of a full-sized tire.

I doubt it will fit and still allow the floor to lay flat.

What is wrong with a space saver spare?

My last car had five full-sized tires and I rotated them all in. I think it is just more 'peace of mind' that if I had to change a tire, I could continue driving normally until I got it fixed (speed and distance are limited on a compact spare).

Full size won't fit. Rear tire with 15" steel wheel had a flat and when I threw it in the spare compartment, a good portion of it sat above the hatch floor.

Rottyfan -- that is what I thought. I ended up getting four new tires, and I'll just keep the compact spare the way it is.
