Fitment question from a noob

hey guys,

i will be lowering my FIT with T1R s-coils springs soon and planning on getting myself new set of wheels. looking on getting some ROTA GRID 16x7.

i already done my research on the forum but will a 205/45-16 et40 lowered on a T1R s-coils RUB?? im kinda worried before i start purchasing so i wanted some advice.

inputs and advise are well appreciated.

If anything you will in the front. Get some camber bolts and youll be fine. Specs aren't aggressive at all.

thanks bro. camber bolts are usually installed with the springs right?? cause im planning on having my springs installed tom will be going to raceline to have them installed.

Yeah, just ask them about it, they do good work. The shop next door can do your alignment as well.
Thanks for reminding me about that actually, Matt still owes me my camber bolts, haha.

here right now at raceline talked to elton about adding camberbolts he said they dont have it right now they have to order it.

any diy tips on how to put camber bolts?? or do i need to go to a pro to do it for me?

also he said i can have my wheels aligned after a month when it settles.

That's seriously their advice to you?

Springs settle/seat after like one mile of driving. Springs may slowly sag over the years, but they settle into their seats pretty much right after driving and getting the suspension moving around. There's no point waiting a month unless you want to destroy your tires before getting a proper alignment.

Camber bolts are just the two bolts at the bottom of the front struts. You can access and replace your camber bolts once the wheel is off. The alignment tech is the one that will have to measure and adjust the camber though.

thanks for the tips bro. but im actually am not a car jock o i have no idea where will i put that lol,

well probably ill have my wheels aligned after i put my camber bolts to save money right???

oh scratch that ill have my alignment once i got my new wheels.
