Battery Relocation

Anybody done a battery relocation on a GK5? Any pics? I am thinking about cutting a hole in the right rear "fender-felt-stuff" and fashioning a tie down. This would aid in weight distribution since my fat a$$ is in the driver seat, moving weight from L to R, and from F to R. Thanks in advance for any tips! Cheers, d

It would also be a great idea to maybe put an odyssey slim battery down in the side of the front bumper like how a lot of EF guys do it. You could then open up a lot of space to run a short ram intake.

Yeah, I got the Weapon-R intake and I removed the left front fog light and ran a ram-air duct straight to it. If I had that extra space I could fully enclose the foam filter element as opposed to just putting the ram air on the front of it. I worry about the lithium batteries as I don't think they last a long time, and they are coin $$$. I found a relocation kit (2 actually) from summit racing, I just never got around to doing it. Maybe this summer.
Cheers,
-d
