Made an account just to ask some questions as to the possiblity of a swap

I have an e46 and i am looking into buying a fit as a second car/ daily

I see the 2019 HRV sport in europe has a 1.5t and 6 speed manual, seeing as how it's the same car as the fit is it possible to swap that engine and trans in ? Or use the mounts at least to swap in an si engine and trans ?
searched the forums and haven't seen any mention of the similarities

 

Not exactly the same car bus chassis is mostly the same and some gk5 engine mounts are interchangeable with hrv engine mounts here in the states

 

Have you looked at the Axion L15B7 swap thread in this same section? Not so simple as we could wish, but it's close to being ready for sale. I'm more interested in the K-swap from the same folks.

 

Yeah I've read that thread a few times over I'm waiting to see their results and pricing ,but figured maybe a swap with oem hrv parts might be possible and wondered if anyone tried it yet, home made fit SI lol
