No Hondata or Flashpro Plans

Honda/Flahshpro,

I currently own a 2015 Honda Fit LX. I currently have a custom intake,
2014 1.8ltr Civic LX maf sensor housing, Maxbore throttle body and a custom
2.5" to 2.25" exhaust. I will be doing a cat delete soon as well. I'd
like to get as much as I can tune wise before going further. Will you be
developing a Flashpro/Hondata for this car so the ECU can be tuned for best
performance? It appears to going to be a huge market and this DOHC iVtec
engine has a lot of potential. Thanks for any feedback.

Kevin
I'm sorry, but there is nothing currently planned for this vehicle.

They didn't do one for the GE, so of course they're not going to do one that is even less 'sporting' in its intentions.

So why all the Honda press about the Fits (Spoon, Bisimoto, KennyV, etc) being modified since these Fits are less 'sporting'?

**Update 4/14/15**

I asked Hondata if they were making any progress for the GK5 platform today. This was there response.

"It may be something we look at in the future, but it is not something we are currently working on.

Does KTuner support the GKs yet? They seem to be more open than Hondata when it comes to requests.

Will be interesting, one of the proposed requirements for OBD3 was the code stack cannot be write-able, and is supposed to be encrypted.. Literally could stop the small guys form hacking it, you'd need a fairly high end/expensive communications probe to read the actual code activity.

This is an old thread (2015). Ktuner supports the 2015 Honda Fit now, with limited tuning capabilities though.
