Beware of intake designs like this that may be coming out. I had my worst 1/4 miles times and trap speeds when I made my own intake like this. It was worse than the stock intake with the stock air filter. **See Great Intake Test** The reason for this was because the air filter was sucking in very warm/hot air at this location from the engine and transmission.

 

Yeah sucky design but at least things can start comming out

 

that is an odd product coming from them. I always loved the way the gd3 intake looked but wasn't going to shell out that much for not much power.

 

Not only does it make no sense to have the intake cone too far back, pointing it backwards defies logic. Do they still sell it like that ?
