Sport Pedal install?

Sport Pedal install?
Any idea how to install the Ebay Sport pedals?
I received 4 Screws Which i assume is for the dead pedal? since you cannot take the rubber pedal off for it.
Then received 5 Short bolts and lock nuts, which i assume are for the Clutch and Brake pedal? these seem simple just drill into the metal pedal.
As for the Accelerator pedal i received 3 longer bolts and lock nuts.
It doesn't look like the its a rubber cover on the accelerator, more like a plastic one?
any idea on the accelerator?
or a proper way to install these?

For the other pedals you have to remove the rubber covers and drill holes. The gas pedal is plastic so I just drilled right into it.
I skipped all the nuts/bolts and used pop rivets instead for everything but the dead pedal.
