the product made by isimple, is called the tranzit usb. it is a plug in fm modulator that electronically overrides the antenna signal, taking away all static youre used to with over-the-air fm modulators, or plug in modulator without the powered interrupter. it comes with extra usb socket as well, which i had installed in the glove box, where i keep a power bank charging at all times.

i had mine installed for me because i wasnt feeling like doing it. i just though id post this since i exhausted all sorts of strange options to get an aux jack, and this one works really well and ended my problem.
