Without Ebay buckles or wire cutting/fuse removal?

I don't understand - are you wanting to not use your seat belts?

YES! But sometimes I'm on the phone and I didn't put the seat belt on yet and it keeps interrupting. I put the seat belt on after a while.

Accidents don't happen when convenient to you -
put on the belt BEFORE you start driving.

Well you made your answer a public post so expect constructive criticism from others. If you can't handle that, then don't post it publically. The warning is there for people like you that don't put on their seat belts, even if you "do eventually put it on after awhile..."

There is a controller under the seats that looks for the switch (unsure if its NO or NC) that signals the ECM to throw the chime warning or disable it. What you ask yes is possible by bypassing this switch, but is the most idiotic thing I can see doing to a vehicle. Unnecessary too I might add.

Yeah, but when you're taking on the phone while driving, you don't need the seat belt, amirite? Just wait till the phone call is over, then buckle up.

Yeah, you are CLEARLY focussed,
so no harm or crash could come to you while en-Phone, right?

Folks clearly don't GET IT here ...

Darwin rules would NEVER apply to anyone like that ...
