7 warning lights out of the blue [2018 FIT]
The thing is that whenever people have had injector problems under warranty Honda has replaced the entire set. Under your argument they should simply be identifying the problem injector and replacing that one injector saving themselves a lot of time and money. But they don't do that. They spend the time and money to replace all injectors, always. I would make the argument that if one injector is a problem then quite likely the other injectors are likely to become problems before too long and replacing all of them at once makes sense.
In addition from what I recall the fuel joint pipe set has to also be replaced as part of this process because the new fuel injectors are not compatible with the old pipe set. So you can't mix old and new fuel injectors because neither old or new pipe set will accommodate that. That's assuming of course that the injectors being replaced are the early design ones found on 2015-2016 Fits. I don't know what the issue might be on later 2018 cars so in theory you might be able to replace a single injector there but considering that the reliability of the other 3 injectors would still be questionable I not sure I see replacing just one as a wise move.

Almost paid off
UPDATE: changed my cabin and engine air filters. Light stayed on but was driving fine. Next day no lights. Filters had not been changed in a while.
Hi all, do we thinking just resetting the codes at first would solve the problem. Seems like it’s worth a try.

I have a 2015 LX MT6 so this may not be relevant. I experienced the "all warning lights on" issue multiple times to the point where I realized that it only occurred immediately following a cold start, and then only if I let the engine idle a short while to warm up. If instead I quickly drove off, the problem never occurred. Now following this regimen, and not pushing it too much until it warms up, I’ve not had a recurrence in almost two years and now have 70k miles with only routine maintenance. YMMV
