Personally I would do the test drive on the hottest day/time possible.

It's the weakest a/c system I've ever experienced, so just make sure it's going to work well enough for you. Honestly it's the only thing I actually don't like about these cars, besides the weak headlights (but that's a pretty easy fix)

Just fine. I limit it to 8 gig drives with no folder directory, but that's it. I listen to most of my music that way and only use bluetooth/aux when I'm bored of whatever I loaded in.

Unfortunately, the 2018 Sport does not have an Aux Line-in.

I have a 128 Gig plugged in now, but it only has about 1500 songs on it so far. I does not navigate the folders very well, but does seem to be playing all the songs just fine.

I think the jump to the EX is worth it, but not to the EXL

Road noise wise, my 2019 Fit LX measured 74-76 dB at 70 MPH. One the same road and conditions my previous 2002 Honda CR-V EX measures the same range. The Fit seems quieter though but the sound meter reading range is the same.

If all of the songs were in the main directory of your USB memory stick, would all of the files show up on the Honda color display as available or is there a file limitation (# of files per directory)?
