Rubber accordion style shift boot for GK?

Looking to change the shift boot of my GK; I have the Sport shift boot with the red stitching, and I'm kind of wanting something a little more minimal. Always liked the classic look of an accordion style boot in older cars as well as in the GD and GE so I want to give that a shot, if possible. I'm assuming that the GD or GE boots won't fit in the GK, unless anyone here has modified one and installed into theirs? Any aftermarket options?

Ha! I was just thinking of this! I love the boot in my GD and I'm taking delivery on a GK next week.

From what i can tell the GK is an oval shape but the GD is a circle shape. And I'm not sure the nature of a rubber boot will conform to a different shape and look right.

We'll see soon, though.

Good luck with the new Fit!
