3rd Gen spark plug recommendations

Fit Freaks
i have owned my 2015 ex6 speed manual for four and a half years. I bought it with 400 miles and now has 81,000 (trouble free miles). I have NEVER changed the plugs. I know I am overdue so please recommend the best plug for fuel economy and power . If those criteria dictate two different plugs types please let me know .
thanks in advance
Paul

I was under the impression that the plugs needed to be changed around 100K miles but I can't remember where I read that. My 2018 manual recommends two plugs:

NGK DILZKAR7C11S
DENSO DXE22HCR11S

NGK or Denso are great products. I've used both interchangeably.

Genuine Honda products all day. They use NGK from the factory.

NGK DILZKAR7C11S OEM/Laser Iridium, rated for 100k miles.
NGK LKAR7BIX-11S Iridium IX, rated for 50k miles, but at half the price.

There are people who prefer the cheaper, 50k mile rated plugs. It gives them a reason to pull them out and look for any signs of problems 2x more often.
It's not a good idea to pull them randomly to look at them, because the seals are sort of like crush-washers. Once sealed, you don't really want to reuse them.

There are some hints that says they perform better, even, kind of like how racers used regular copper plugs for higher performance. They'll replace it every race anyway, so who cares about long life times?

NGK iridium ix plugs , i think they are one notch higher in quality than the NGKs that it came from the factory with . put them in at only 33k miles and noticed a difference .
the car had an stumble off idle if i didn't work the clutch just right . the new plugs just about eliminated that , felt much better . don't know if its normal wear , but the stock
plugs had a lot of blow- by coming up at the base of the ceramic stem . i saved them so i can compare them to the ix's around two years from now . also , note the manufacturer's
claims of 100k for the life of a spark plug is way off . of course the plug still works , but at 100k , it's not the same plug , it's not the same at 80k . it's like a recommended 10k oil change .
