Hello all,

I’ve recently started to notice some glitches with locking / unlocking on my 2017 EX-L.

Issue 1: Sometimes the car won’t beep when using the lock buttons on the front doors or hatchback. It still locks, just no beep, which in a somewhat noisy environment where you can’t hear the locks cycle is not ideal.

Issue 2: Yesterday, I hopped in the car and started the engine and backed up a few feet. My wife came to the passenger door to get in and I tried to unlock using the central locking switch on my door. It wouldn’t unlock her door, and I didn’t hear the locks cycling. I tried multiple times and finally turned off the engine and then it allowed me to unlock her door. I then restarted the engine. She then went to put a bag in the trunk and again, I couldn’t unlock the rear until I stopped the engine. I’ve never had this happen before.

Anyone know what might be going on?
