P219A for '18 with 55k miles
My wife was driving my '18 Fit with 55k miles when the CEL light came on and the dash said there was an emissions issue. I pulled the code and got a P219A. My searching leads me to believe I'll need to replace fuel injectors, fuel injector pipe and throttle body gasket. I haven't had to do much to the car other than replace consumables (tires, brake pads, oil changes, wiper blades, etc). It seems to run and drive fine with the CEL. I tried clearing it but it came right back. The parts are around $950-900 and other than being time consuming due to removing everything in the way, it doesn't seem like a very difficult of a job.
My question is, would the car normally have obvious performance issues with this code? Do I need to do this right away? Any other thoughts/opinions? The only real reason I'd want to delay is I have to work outside so I'd prefer it to not be too cold (I'm in Ohio).

Just a little update.
I delayed purchasing any parts since the car drove normally and I figured I'd wait for warmer weather. I was also considering doing something like this,
, and cleaning the injectors. Today when I went to drive somewhere, the code is gone! It was pretty cold when the code first showed up and today it was around 50F. Not sure if that makes any difference. So I guess I have a little longer before I have to drop $900 on this. I'll keep an eye on it and update if anything changes.

I drive rather spirited normally. I came from an '07 Civic Si, so I made sure to get a manual to at least keep some of the fun around. Cleaning the valves may be an option to try as well. Perhaps I'll tackle cleaning the injectors and valves when it warms up. Right now, everything seems normal with the car and no CEL or error codes, so I'm not sure what to think.
