2015 Fit - Consistent groan from top of engine?

Hello all. I have a 2015 Fit with 130k miles and the VTC actuator started making noise around 6 months ago and then a soft groan a month or so ago that remains the whole time the engine is running. I just finished replacing the VTC actuator and everything looked good while I was in there. Any other common issues that would make a soft groan that stays the whole time the engine is running that I should explore? I appreciate any insight you all have.

All bearings on the front drive assembly seem fine and no change with headlights. It sounds like it is coming from the intake, pcv or perhaps injectors? Do they make noise when they have gone bad?

The actuator was a straight forward process. I followed the Honda service bulletin as a guide which was great as it had plenty of pictures as needed and the torque specs included.

Could be a vacuum leak from a hose or hose connection. Or noise from a belt. You can buy stethoscopes for cars which may help pinpoint the source.
