Question Is this sound normal when turning wheels by hand?

Like the title states, I've gotten under the car to inspect things and to fix the splash guard. While I was down there, I turned the front wheels by hand and heard a clunking-like sound when doing so. I am just starting to learn how to fix my car, so this is a bit of an unfamiliar sound to me and I'm unsure if it's normal. I've taken a video of the sound. This is on a 2015 Honda Fit with 6 speed manual transmission. Thanks in advance for the help!

Also, I'm pretty sure my passenger-side CV axle boot is leaking. I will probably have to replace that soon :'(

I would have thought that there would be grease packed in there under the boot which would help muffle any sound.
