I was able to get a 2020 Honda Fit radio installed in my 2015 Fit.

A Reddit user made a post where he did the same thing, adding a 2019 radio in his 2018 HR-V. He posted the parts needed and wiring diagram as well (Reddit link)

You will have to contact Honda support and they will have to create a case file with tech support. They then will have to contact Denso ten (who makes the radio) and get a code from them. It took me two days (I contacted them Monday, they called me Tuesday afternoon and called back with the code like 5 minutes later) but it might be longer.

Amazing! I love my 2015 GK and the only thing that would make is better is a stock radio with CarPlay. Would love to learn more about how you figured this out. Any chance you think you can get Lane Watch working? That's the only thing that gives me pause as I rely on it a lot. Thanks!

 

I had seen a Reddit thread where a guy did the same thing for a 2018 HR-V so I figured that all of the connections were the same.
