The thing is I’ve heard there’s a lot of differences so for example I found a radio on market place from a 2016 and Ik it dosent have CarPlay but I bought it for a bigger reverse camera,, all the plugs fit but there’s missing plugs maybe for options .. but sadly it dosent work, radio audio works but Bluetooth is inusable and the reverse camera as well. The radio thinks I’m in motion
There are pinout differences (wire locations in the connectors) between trims, probably between years. Unless someone has already done a write-up, you'll need to find the wiring diagrams for each car (yours and the donor car), then compare the function of each connector pin from one diagram to the other. Figure out what the new radio expects (donor diagram), then move the wires you have (your diagram) to the new positions. Most of them should be the same.
im a bit slow im ngl, what do you mean?
all the wiring from my radio connects to the new radio but theres alot of missing wires,, assuming its a whole diffrent wiring harness,,
which to my knowledge theres no work around,, unless there is

With some fiddling (some connectors are worse than others), each wire can be ejected from the connector (called de-pinning) and plugged into a different location. The large plastic part of the connector is called the housing, the metal part crimped onto the end of the wire is called a terminal (aka the pin). To be honest, the more terminal-dense a connector is, the harder it is to de-pin. Modern automotive connectors typically have a locking bar (or bars) of some sort that acts as a backup retainer for all the terminals, then a flexible tang for each individual terminal which snaps in when the terminal is inserted in the housing. It's that tang that's a challenge to release. Look up "automotive depinning tool kit" to see the plethora of tiny tools to work the different connectors out there.
So I'll say yes it can probably be done (provided the PCM or gauge cluster or something doesn't outright reject it) but if you've never done an automotive wiring mod before, it's going to be a headache and then some.
