Honda Lost Billions

According to an online report, Honda lost billions, mainly because of EV production. Maybe if they didn't charge so little for parts and service, they'd start making a profit. 🤣

Porsche also lost a fortune.

And Honda will lose customers for taking their time to update their larger vehicles to their new V6 hybrid engine to keep up with other Auto manufacturers.

I think it's the CR-V that has two engine choices: a turbo or a hybrid. I wouldn't buy either.

I'll be helping Honda in the next day or two. I'll be paying over $200 for a $10 switch - the Start/Stop button on my Fit. The term "Highway robbery" comes to mind.

To be fair: it's a backlit button, indicator LED, and RFID transceiver in a company-designed housing. A mass-produced fair market price would probably be in the $20-40 range. That's on-brand for Honda - they charge about 5x competitive market pricing for most parts.
