If you are on the fence...

I am on my second Fit in four years.

My 2010 sport (95000) miles when I traded it in) was a great car. I moved three times in it, and never had a single problem. It redefined what a reliable car should be for me.

People would point and call my car a little car. I tell them to not laugh, because it is bigger on the inside! We have taken many trips with 5 people in that car and all our stuff for vacation.

Saturday I got my new fit. At church people were laughing that I got another one. Then I told them to sit in the back. They couldn't believe that they had more room then their Chevy impala.

That is the point of the fit. What ever you need to haul, people or cargo you have got what you need!

You made my day with the story. I had a good laugh. Thanks! I feel good about getting a 'little' Fit.

Not just that, but I have had people call my 2010 fit sport slow.

Then I dropped into Sport mode and let her rip! 65 to 90 in about 2 seconds! And the engine wanted more!

My cousin was grappling the OH JESUS handle! After he got out I asked him what was wrong. He said "I didn't know your car had balls like that!"

I will grant you artistic license in your description of the Fit's awesome power. But to be exact, it takes the fit at least 9 seconds to go from 65 to 90.

You need a Corvette or better to go from 65 to 90 in 2 seconds

Not in third gear! Lol. More like 4-5 seconds of joy!

I know what you mean. Third gear in my NSX from 55 MPH to 110 MPH, just a great constant rush! Puts a smile on my face every time!

But the 2015 Fit, third gear, wide open throttle at red line shifts would go from only go from 56 MPH to 84 MPH and would take 8.5 seconds. To get to 90 is another gear and an additional 2.5 seconds more. Even if may feel faster.

Unless you got the super secret "turbo "version

I need a winter car come November and this may be the ticket but now Honda has me holding out for the HR-V.
I know they are two entirely different products and price points; so for now I'm waiting

I'm exactly in your shoes. I want to see, drive, touch the HR-V. It looks so promising. I'll be purchasing next May.
