Page 104 of the owner's manual tells you what options there are and what are default.

Page 105 and 106 tell you how to change the settings.

Including LX. The only difference is whether you turn the key to ON (II) or press the start/stop button twice.

Which are similar to the GE's options for it (applies to all trims, except Canadian DX and DX-A).

Auto lock at almost 10 mph (it's actually 9), which is default. Other option is no auto lock.

Auto unlock when shifted into P for automatic transmission (default). Auto unlock when driver's door opens and no auto unlock are other options.

The GE specifically has an option to unlock all doors when the key is turned to OFF position. It doesn't state that in the GK's owner's manual.

The GE doesn't state it can auto-unlock all doors if the driver's door is open... but since the master switch is there...

What it's describing (and I have an EX), is the unlock mode AFTER driving. It does not affect what happens when you are first entering the car.

I'm confident you cannot set the vehicle to unlock all doors when opening the driver door from the outside. The door opening thing is only for the inside.

Well, I'm glad it can be turned off entirely. I don't like cars that lock me in without being told to do so. I don't live in that bad of an area!

If it set up like my 2014 civic, then the doors remained unlocked on the inside but locked on the outside. My doors show to be "locked" but as soon as we pull on the handle, the lock indicator moves and the door opens. This is only true for the front two doors as the rear stay locked until manually switched, master switched or the car it put into park.
