I just got back from picking up a 2015 Fit for my son, who's working today, and when I got home, I saw that the buckle on the driver's seatbelt was installed backwards. When it's snapped on, it's twisted. With it retracted, the buckle is facing the door pillar. Yes, I have pulled the belt all the way out, and that's not the problem. When both halves of the belt are flat, the buckle is facing the wrong way. I'll have to drive 80 miles round-trip tomorrow to get it replaced.

This isn't a good sign.

Can't you just twist the belt around where it passes through the buckle? Sometimes the belt gets twisted as it is slid down the belt. A fold gets pulled through the buckle making the buckle face backwards.
