Yeah. People who pay attention to things, care about things and are capable can be pretty dangerous.

 

No, it isn't. I've been trying to figure out where the heck in eastern Mass. you are driving, because it sure isn't in my part of the commonwealth. Most cars I see (and don't see, i.e., my own 2006 Civic) have DRLs. In fact, I notice when folks *don't* have them.

Of course, I have no need to be parking unseen in a secluded area anymore, so they don't bother me nearly as much as they did when they were first proposed in the last century.

More's the pity.
