Armrest pads

Hey guys, I just bought these
armrest pads armrest pads
from Amazon. I got them for the hard plastic on the doors, but I will try them on the center console and report how they do. They were $25 with shipping so I'm hoping they aren't total crap.

I do find the plastic on the doors to get a little uncomfortable while driving. I mean sure, it's hard, but at least it's abrasive too

My fear is that these will look a bit cheesy, but I'm thinking function over form... I'll post an update once I have them.

I'm glad they switched to the plastic. The 2010 had cloth and after about 30,000 miles the fabric had started to erode...at 50,000 it looked bad....at 75,000 is looked like old socks...at 114,000? furgedaboutit.

I was thinking about getting these, but I don't use the armrests, and they remind me of Hostess Twinkies, albeit in other colors.

Yea they do look like twinkies. After a week I got used to them just being there. Got them for both arm rests on the doors and the center console. I just appreciate useable arm rests now, and especially ones that don't heat up my elbows and make them sweaty.
