Have You Named Your Fit?
Never named a car before. But my wife says she is going to pick a name. Right now the current thought for my passion berry pearl ex CVT is "Tiffanie"...yes that's with an 'i' (don't know about the e following the i). Not sure why...I married her...she's weird.

Perhaps I should have clarified that a little more...because she married me it proves she is weird and therefore the car naming shouldn't be surprising to me
It's not very clever or original but I call her "Pearl". She's white so it seemed to 'fit'. I come from a place where most have a boat, so it's not uncommon to name your ride. I don't have a boat but like the tradition.
Yours is purple, right?
I've never been one to name things, unlike my brother and sister-in-law who have named every car they've ever owned. My favorite guitar doesn't have a name, and the Harley-Davidson I've owned for 21 years is just "the Harley" except when it won't start, in which case I've been known to call it a few other names.
That said, the '09 Fit ended up being called "Penny", both for the copper (orange revolution) color and its thrift.
The '15 is white orchid pearl, and so is, at the moment, named "Pearl". Not very imaginative, I know, but it may change later on.
Storm Trooper!!!!!

I don't typically name cars but my daughter heard the 1.5L "purring" and named it Suki after a cat we had years ago. I call it the Fit to anyone outside the family.
My wife's Mercedes E320 wagon was "Brunhilda" (battle wagon). I thought that was brilliant. She calls her 2014 Odyssey "Bessie". I have no idea why.
